High Forest Cottages is a collection of beautifully designed luxury self-catering cottages located in the quieter, unspoiled northern part of the New Forest, England. Run by Astrid and Mark, who followed their dream of offering high-quality holiday accommodation after moving from London, the cottages are tailored for those seeking comfort, style, and nature right on their doorstep.

The Hayloft
The Hayloft is a stylish and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom cottage. It can accommodate up to eight people. The large family bathroom and second shower room makes it perfect for extended families or a group of friends.
The Barn
The Barn is our beautifully restored character cottage in the New Forest. You will love staying here for a romantic getaway or for a relaxing holiday for two. You will love the beautiful mezzanine bedroom, which is accessed by a stunning spiral staircase.
The Tack Room
The Tack Room is a beautiful spacious three bedroom single storey cottage. It can accommodate up to eight guests. The large family bathroom and second shower room makes it perfect for extended families or a group of friends.
Stable Cottage
Stable Cottage is a beautifully spacious two bedroom, one bathroom single storey cottage. It can accommodate up to six people. You will love staying here with just the two of you, with friends or family, enjoying long walks in the Forest.
We love The New Forest and moved from London in 2014 to follow our dream to run our own holiday cottages. We often visited the Forest for a break from London but found the quality of accommodation disappointing, so we decided to create luxury cottages for our guests.
Our cottages provide the perfect base from which to explore the New Forest and the surrounding area. You can walk from the doorstep onto the open Forest for a short stroll or the start of a days hike. Whether you are coming for a relaxing weekend getaway or a family holiday, our cottages are ideal to explore the New Forest, relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Location
In the quieter North of The New Forest, with the ponies grazing at the gate, you can walk straight from the doorstep onto the open Forest.
Log Burner
You will enjoy settling down in front of the log burner on cooler evenings and of course we provide the logs for your stay. Although there is no need to light it as the underfloor heating will keep you cosy.
